Regular servos are 24 awg, heavy duty is 22 awg. You can also find some 20 awg, but I think it will be hard to fit a servo connector over that. Depending on your flying style if you are hard on servos go 22 gauge with good quality wire this will help with signal latency or loss over long extensions.
