How do you tell if my TJ is lifted?
A quick and accurate way to determine how much lift you have is to measure the springs. The stock springs are 12″ in the front and 8″ in the rear. Anything above those lengths is lift. Don’t include the depth of the coil isolator at the top of the spring.

What is the difference between a Jeep LJ and TJ?
The LJ comes with a few more refinements not offered on the standard TJ. Because of its increased length, the LJ sports a longer and more effective muffler. Additionally, the longer wheelbase creates an overall smoother ride, spreading out the bumps of the road over a wider surface area.
How do I know what size lift is on my Jeep TJ?
You’ll see that the spring should measure 9 3/8″ from top to bottom. This measurement is taken while the vehicle is on the ground. Measure your spring, and anything over the 9 3/8″ will be how much lift you have. For instance, if you measure your front spring and you come up with 13 3/8″, that means you have a 4″ lift.
How do you measure a Jeep TJ Lift?
Mine has a hocky puck looking rubber mount on top of the spring. Measure the spring first, then see what it says on the chart above. Then measure the coil spring spacer (which is what that puck is). If it turns out the spring equals a 2″ lift and that hockey puck is 1″, then you have a 3″ lift.
