Are lays Chile Limon spicy?

We like the because they are not too spicy and the flavor is not too overpowering. We like to eat them with salsa valentina, tapatío sauce or chamoy, but if you eat them on your own they also taste great. Chile Limon are my ABSOLUTE favorite. This has to be one of my favorite Lays flavor yet!
