- Click here to visit our Returns Portal.
- Select the items, and the reason for your return.
- Select a courier, and whether you would like a collection, or to drop-off your items.
- Download and print your returns label (if required).
- Hand over your return via your chosen courier.
Can I return to next after 28 days?
You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items. Also, cosmetics, toiletries, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if faulty.
Will I get a refund from Evans?
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return being delivered back to our warehouse.
Do Evans do free returns?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. As always, we offer a range of FREE and easy ways to return including contactless collection from your home.
How long does it take for a refund from Evans?
We expect most returns to be processed within 3-5 business days of your returns parcel arriving back at our warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank’s policies and procedures refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

City Chic Collective UK Limited, which is part of the City Chic Collective group, a global multichannel fashion retailer, has acquired the fashion brand Evans from the Arcadia Group which entered into administration on 30 November 2020. Evans will continue to operate as an online only brand.
Can you return a Klarna order to vans?
*PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna orders returned to a VANS retail store can only be exchanged for an equally priced item or merchandise credit.
