Unless the terms of a particular Deal specifically state otherwise or unless otherwise stated herein, we will refund the Payment amount for any unredeemed, unexpired Deal voucher for any reason within the first fourteen (14) days after purchase. To request a refund, you must contact within the fourteen (14) day period.

Local Flavor is just outright taking money and don’t resolve any issues when your certificates just disappear! For a long time the LocalFlavor offers and customer support worked great but over time unfortunately it’s gone bad. First problem: LocalFlavor sells certificates for closed restaurants that have shut down.
Are there any localflavor locations that have closed?
Due to COVID-19 several locations have either closed temporarily or permanently. LocalFlavor has a recorded message on their phone line and routinely does not or responds late to inquiries, refusing more often than not to issue refund of offers purchased. Beware and stay away! Took my money! I had bought 3 certificates.
Is the local flavor coupon good for alcohol?
Coupon says not good for alcohol, only food. Total bill was $30.07, so we owed them 7 cents. Waitress came back, said coupon did not cover appetizers, so they charged us $6.43 for 2 orders. They basically gave us $23.57 credit for our $30 coupon.
