Can you get a refund from Haven?
We’ll give you the choice of cancelling your holiday for a full refund or paying the full price. And if we’ve overcharged you by mistake, we’ll give you back the difference in price.

How much deposit do I need for a Haven holiday?
Touring and camping bookings require a £25 deposit payable at time of booking and are excluded from the Easy payment plan option.
Can you use Haven facilities if not staying there?
2 answers. I’m very sorry but we don’t sell day passes to anyone who is not staying on the park. This is to make sure our paying guests and owners have access to all of our facilities.
