You can check your balance and transaction history online at www.bankofamerica.com/plasmaloyaltycard, at any Bank of America ATM or by calling Cardholder Services toll free at (833) 896-7979. Make sure you have the 16-digit Card account number ready and your date of birth and address for validation.
Can you overdraft a plasma card?
You are responsible for all transactions and charges incurred through use of your Card by you or by anyone you allow to use your Card. The amount available on your Card will be reduced by the amount of your transactions plus applicable fees. There is no overdraft/credit feature on your Card.
