Simply visit any Pathlab collection room to have a blood sample taken for testing.

  1. We’ll ask for proof of your identity and your address and contact phone number.
  2. We’ll post results to your address, or you can collect them from our centrally located laboratory sites.
  3. Payment is required for all self-requested tests.
