Dear Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation,
Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to attend and fully experience Leadership Academy this year. The three-day event helped remind me why being a proud Kappa is so important and has encouraged me to draw on that inspiration at times when I need guidance or direction in my life. The tools we received during this experience are directly applicable to all phases of life whether it be school, work, personal life and balancing any or all of the above. I hope many women have the experience in years to come as we grow and nurture our organization and the women that make it so great.

Are you interested in experiencing Leadership Academy?
Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity is committed to the development of leaders. Through a generous grant from the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, Kappa's Leadership Academy builds individual leadership abilities and skills.
The Kappa Kappa Gamma Leadership Academy 2010 will take place Thursday, September 16 through Sunday, September 19. Leadership Academy is an intergenerational experience with one representative from each chapter and 80 alumna positions available. All alumnae, advisers and officers are encouraged to attend! Leadership Academy is a great experience for alumna members of Kappa Kappa Gamma to expand their leadership skills, connect with other Kappas from around the United States and Canada, renew their commitment to the organization and mentor emerging chapter leaders. Please consider attending Leadership Academy this year or recommending this program to other alumnae you know.
Leadership Academy is a fun-filled, four-day leadership retreat highlighted by outdoor leadership challenges, personal reflection and group interaction. Leadership Academy is held at Heartland Conference and Retreat Center, in Marengo, Ohio. To help defray the expense of Leadership Academy, alumnae are asked to pay a $50 registration fee.
