Leadership Academy Endowment Campaign
Nurturing Leaders Is our Goal!
Thanks to the generosity of Kappas like you, the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation is nearing 90 percent of our Leadership Academy Endowment Campaign goal of $5 million! As many of you may know, the Walton Family Foundation (which includes three generations of Kappas) has made a $2.5 million matching challenge grant--meaning that every dollar donated is matched by the Walton Family Foundation. Where else can you double your donation and help prepare and inspire future leaders?
Our goal is to equip members of all ages with skills to take leadership roles in their chapters and associations--and to be future leaders in communities and government, business and industry, education and health--throughout their lives. So far, the results from Leadership Academy have been outstanding! Seventy-three percent of our Leadership Academy participants have gone on to hold leadership positions!
