No obvious blockages, the bag isn’t full and the filter isn’t particularly blocked. Remove the hose from the bag housing by pinching the retaining ring that attaches the hose to the machine. Turn the vacuum on with the hose removed. If the sound persists, the sound is coming from the hose itself.
